2. No Guarantee of Results

While we maintain a high historical success rate in account remediation (92.4% as of 2026), ByteDance retains sole and absolute discretion over all TikTok Seller Center enforcement actions.

Our services guarantee that your appeal or documentation will be structured to the highest technical policy standards, but we cannot guarantee that TikTok's internal review teams will grant an appeal or lift a deactivation.

3. Service Scope & Merchant Responsibility

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Diagnostic Calls ($49): These sessions cover the technical time of an auditor and are non-refundable once the session has commenced.

Remediation Packages: Fees are paid for the professional drafting of technical appeals and evidence bundles. Because these are custom-made digital assets, refunds are generally not provided after delivery. However, we provide free rebuttals as part of our "Full Service" tiers if an initial AI review is rejected.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
