• Entity Details: Business name, EIN/SSN, and government-issued identification provided for KYC fix services.
• Seller Center Access: In some cases, temporary 'Staff Access' to the TikTok Shop backend to perform metadata audits.
• Violation Records: Screenshots and raw text of violation notices, points history, and appeal deactivation letters.
• Financial Metadata: Bank settlement logs (with sensitive account numbers redacted) for fund recovery services.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

Remediation Analysis: Analyzing deactivation triggers and building Corrective Action Plans (CAP).

Appeal Drafting: Using your store's specific metrics to generate policy-compliant written appeals.

Manual Advocacy: Providing evidence to TikTok manual review teams in Singapore, London, or the USA when escalating your case.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We NEVER sell, lease, or share your merchant data with third-party marketing firms. Your information is only disclosed to the platform (TikTok/ByteDance) during the formal appeal process, or when required by verified law enforcement subpoenas.

4. Technical Data Security

All client documentation is stored on encrypted, isolated nodes. Our consultants utilize two-factor authentication (2FA) and VPN tunnels to access merchant files. Once a case is successfully resolved and the 180-day liability window has closed, we offer a "Permanent Data Deletion" request for all submitted documents.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our website utilizes minor analytical cookies to understand how users interact with our policy hub. No personally identifiable merchant information is captured through browser cookies.
