Late Dispatch Rate Remediation

TikTok Shop mandates a strict 48-hour window from order placement to carrier scan-in. Failure to meet this SLA results in automated violation points that throttle your "Shop Experience" score.

"Audit data from 2025 shows that 38% of LDR violations were triggered not by merchant delay, but by carrier API sync latency. In these cases, parcels were physically in the carrier's possession, but the digital 'First Scan' was delayed past the TikTok 48-hour threshold."

1. Proving Physical Handover

The standard Seller Center appeal text box is a trap. Most sellers say "The carrier was late," which TikTok rejects. To win, you must submit a **Carrier Manifest**. This is a PDF signed by the driver (USPS, UPS, or Royal Mail) upon pickup, proving the package was handed over before the SLA expired.

2. Proving API Latency

If you use a 3PL or Shopify integration, there is often a lag between the scan and the TikTok Seller Center notification. We guide merchants on how to extract **JSON API Logs** from their shipping software to prove that the 'Dispatch' signal was sent within the SLA window, but was throttled by platform bandwidth issues.
